Frequently Asked Questions

If you are selling your home, it may be that along the way you might run into some doubt. Because of this, in ASÍ ES MI CASA we want to answer all those doubts. If you still want help after this, don’t hesitate to call us.


1. I don’t know how to use Internet.
If you have an email, it is enough, leave all the rest up to us. All you need to do is check your emails daily. Even then, you could always ask a family member to periodically check your emails.


2. What happens if I decide to stop selling my house?
If you consider the fact that we cover the medias, we produce the video, the photographs, design the press adds, edit the program for TV, maintain the web server, create spots and participate in programs to advertise the web, if after all this you wish to cancel your contract, be it for any reason, just contact us and we will bill you the 1,200€ for our services and remove your offer. We want to be sure you want to sell your house before advertising it here.


3. How do I know this is not a hoax?
You only pay when the estate is sold (within a period of two years), not before. We also want to get paid; we need to pay our staff, all the materials we use, all the services we contract etc... So our main interest is that you house gets sold quickly.

6. What happens if someone else, for example, an agency sells my house?
We offer a non exclusive advertising service (TV, press, radio and Internet) in which we invest great effort, to not mention money; it will be very probable that the future buyer has seen the offer on one of our communication medias. So it’s very probable that ASÍ ES MI CASA will be useful to accelerate the sale of your home. Once your house has been sold, be it through a direct sale thanks to our services or not, we will bill you for our services.


7. Why do I have to sign a contract?
Firstly, we pay all the costs and fees upfront, we pay transmission space on the television, the press, the radio, we cover the production costs etc. and we need to be sure that we will eventually get paid.

Secondly, we need confirmation that it is indeed your estate (we will ask you for documentation on your estate) and thirdly we need to obtain your permission to publish it in the various communications medias.


If you are a buyer, maybe you also need some help. Here we will try to answer some of those questions.

1. How does “ASÍ ES MI CASA” work?
“ASÍ ES MI CASA” is a real estate advertising platform for buyers and sellers. As potential buyer you can access all the information on the estates. If you are interested in one or several of the properties announced here, just click on the contact form or send an email directly to the owner, and he will contact you, in many cases, the sellers telephone number is displayed (if he/she so wishes)


2. How does the sales process work?
This is an advertising platform; we do not take part in the negotiations. You will finalize the operation directly with the estate owner and therefore we are not responsible for the sale itself.

 

3. What happens if the owner only speaks Spanish and I don’t manage to communicate with him/her?
